Accelerators

Accelerators play a major role in the production process. Most processes can be hastened with an accelerator. They alter a chemical bond and speed up a chemical process. Accelerators are not necessarily catalysts as they may be consumed by the process. These are chemicals that can bond, mix, or disturb another chemical and cause an increase in the speed of the process.

In the field of Fibre Glass Re-inforced Plastics, accelerator plays a key role in the process as well as the quality of the end product.
